Co-Founder, Executive Director
Toni Lavery is the Founder and Executive Director of Fox Force, a veteran-led organization dedicated to developing women into capable, self-reliant leaders through self-defense, situational awareness, and mentorship. A senior military leader with more than two decades of service and multiple combat deployments, she has worked across the full spectrum of U.S. military operations—from conventional forces to the most elite special operations units. Toni founded Fox Force to repurpose the leadership, resilience, and operational excellence of women veterans into continued service that strengthens communities and empowers the next generation.

Director, Current Operations
Marion Cavanaugh serves as Director of Current Operations, leading the coordination and execution of Fox Force programs and initiatives around the world. A Special Operations veteran with extensive operational experience, she brings calm leadership and disciplined execution to complex environments. Marion ensures every mission—from training events to global initiatives—is carried out with professionalism, precision, and purpose.

Co-Founder, Director of Innovation
Rose Randall is the Co-Founder of Fox Force and serves as Director of Innovation, bringing a special operations mindset to building programs that challenge, inspire, and develop women into confident leaders. A Special Operations veteran, Rose has spent her career operating in high-performance environments where adaptability, creativity, and resilience are mission critical. At Fox Force, she designs transformative experiences that push women beyond perceived limits and into their full leadership potential.

Assistant Director, Current Operations
Tamara Zirbel supports Fox Force operations as Assistant Director of Current Operations, helping plan and execute programs that empower women through training and mentorship. A Special Operations veteran, she brings operational insight, adaptability, and a commitment to mission success. Tamara plays a key role in ensuring Fox Force initiatives run smoothly and deliver meaningful impact.

Founding Member, Chief Operations Officer
Mercy Ameyaw serves as Chief of Operations for Fox Force, overseeing the planning and execution of programs that empower women through training, mentorship, and leadership development. A Special Operations veteran, Mercy brings extensive operational experience and a disciplined, mission-focused approach to building programs that create real impact. She ensures the Fox Force mission is executed with precision, accountability, and purpose.

Comptroller
Heidi Arriaga serves as the Comptroller for Fox Force, overseeing financial stewardship and ensuring the organization operates with transparency and accountability. A Special Operations veteran, she combines disciplined leadership with meticulous financial management to support the Fox Force mission. Heidi ensures every resource entrusted to Fox Force is managed responsibly to maximize impact for the women and communities it serves.
