About UsFox Force began in 2023 when a small group of women—military veterans, first responders, and law enforcement professionals—met at a retreat in search of healing.
Though we came from different units, agencies, and life experiences, we quickly recognized something familiar: we shared the same battles, the same resilience, and yet the same desire to KEEP SERVING.
So we stayed connected—and we got to work.
Since then, members of Fox Force have supported anti-human trafficking efforts, mobilized resources (through our partnerships) during disaster relief operations in the US and abroad, and built a powerful network where women help one another recover, grow stronger, and pursue greater independence and purpose.
Insulating one another to thrive.
Along the way, we discovered something important: when women with shared experiences stand together, they create strength, stability, and momentum for one another. Within our community, women find mentorship, practical skills, leadership development, wellness support, and pathways to personal and financial growth.
Fox Force exists to extend that support and insulation to women everywhere.
