With the 82nd anniversary of D-Day approaching, one organization is honoring the women warriors of history by taking their legacy to new heights — literally. Fox Force, a women’s development organization, is organizing a commemorative, first-of-its-kind all-women static line jump into Normandy scheduled for June 2026. The jump will honor the legacy of the ‘Greatest Generation’ and the trailblazing women who have shaped it.

A Mission Led by Women for Women

Toni Lavery, Army Veteran and founder of Fox Force, is not someone who lets a meaningful moment pass without acting on it. When Toni jumped into Normandy in June 2025, she was surrounded by crowds eager to take photos with her. It took a moment before she understood why: she was the only woman jumper on the ground. That realization sparked an idea that became a mission. “The idea dawned on me,” she recalls, “Fox Force’s annual hardship goal should be an all-women’s jump into Normandy for the next D-Day.” What began as a personal moment of clarity has grown into something far bigger than one woman, one jump, or one anniversary.

The mission involves a remarkable team of women from military, law enforcement, first responder, and intelligence backgrounds. Beyond their credentials, these women share one defining trait: resilience. As Toni describes them, these women “share a commonality in one thing: resilience in the face of adversity. They represent something bigger than themselves through their commitment to service and sacrifice. They stand for the women of our past and present who are forming the women of our future.” Building this team, she says, felt inevitable. “How could we not stand together and do something totally good for the world?”

Honoring the Past, Inspiring the Future

The jump into Normandy is both symbolic and educational. It celebrates the bravery of the women of the “Greatest Generation” while showing modern audiences the capability and leadership of women today. For Toni, jumping into this sacred ground carries profound personal meaning. “It is a nod to the often-unsung heroes of our past who did so much to give us so much more,” she says. She speaks with reverence for the women who parachuted behind enemy lines, then blended into the local population to sustain the resistance against one of history’s most ruthless enemies—risking everything, as Toni puts it with characteristic warmth, “even the health of their ankles and backs.”

The message Fox Force wants to send to those women is clear and heartfelt: “Thank you, you beautiful badasses — for your service, sacrifice, and for our freedom. We see you, we appreciate you, and we aspire to your grit, perseverance, and passion.”

Beyond honoring history, the jump serves as inspiration for girls everywhere. Fox Force hopes to demonstrate that leadership, courage, and skill know no limits. When asked what she hopes a young girl takes away from seeing footage of the jump, Toni’s answer is simple and powerful: “We want young girls and women everywhere to see that when we stand, we are strong — just like the ladies of WWII. They stood in the face of extreme danger and prevailed when standing together. Fox Force is the modern-day version of those women, standing together to show that we are a force and anything is possible so long as you can dream it.”

How to Support the Mission

Fox Force is a nonprofit organization and making this historic jump a reality requires community support. Each jumper has a fundraising goal of approximately $7,500 to cover participation costs. The organization has launched campaigns to help supporters contribute directly to the mission.

Community involvement is essential. Donations to Fox Force help cover participation costs and ensure that this historic mission succeeds. To further encourage community engagement, Fox Force has partnered with The Forge, a coaching platform led by Nick Lavery. Donors who follow the Fox Force Instagram page and donate here can receive 90 days of free access to The Forge, combining support for the mission with tools for personal growth and development.

Looking Ahead

The all-women Normandy chalk is set for June 2026, aligning with the 82nd anniversary of D-Day. It promises to be a once-in-a-lifetime event that honors the past, celebrates the present, and inspires the future. For the women participating, this jump is a mission, a tribute, and a declaration that women belong in every arena.

For those interested in following the journey, Fox Force shares updates and behind-the-scenes moments on their Instagram and LinkedIn pages. From training to the jump itself, supporters can witness history in the making and cheer on the women leading the charge.
